中国科学技术协会主管，中华医学会主办。本刊是国内惟一涵盖消化外科各领域的高水平专业期刊。该刊为中国科技论文统计源期刊、中国自然科学类核心期刊；已被美国《化学文摘》(CA)、美国《乌利希国际期刊指南》(Ulrich IPD)、美国《剑桥科学文摘》(CSA)、波兰《哥白尼索引》(IC)、英国《国际农业与生物科学研究中心》(CABI)、世界卫生组织西太平洋地区医学索引(WPRIM)、中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)、RCCSE中国核心学术期刊、万方数字化期刊群等收录。办刊宗旨：传播国内外消化外科领域的新理论、新技术和新经验，立志成为联系国内外消化外科同道的纽带，推动我国消化外科学的发展。办刊方针：着重提高，兼顾普及。学术内容：涵盖消化外科各领域的基础与临床研究，包括食管、胃、肠、肝、胆、胰、脾及其相关的血管、内镜、介入治疗、外科营养支持等研究。

进展期胃癌腹主动脉旁淋巴结清扫技巧

摘要：Gastric cancer is the second most common malignancy in the world.Surgical resection with lymph node dissection remains the only potentially curative therapy for gastric cancer.In a very long time,the appropriate extent of lymph node dissection accompanied by gastrectomy for cancer remained uncertian. Now gastrectomy with D2 lymphadeneotomy is the standard treatment for curable gastric cancer,but the addition of para-aortic nodal dissection is controversial and there is no worldwide consensus.In this article,we present a discussion on the surgical techniques of para-aortic nodal dissection for advanced gastric cancer.
